Whigham Group collects information borrowers submit through the intake and upload flow: contact details, business details, ownership details, loan request context, referral identifiers, and uploaded file metadata or documents.
Card information
The active applicant flow does not collect card numbers, CVV codes, expiry dates, bank-login details, or hosted-checkout information. Do not send those details through chat, email, forms, or uploads.
Uploads
Only upload documents requested for intake review. If you are unsure whether a document is needed, contact Whigham Group support before sending sensitive information.
